NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS AND PARTIES TO CASES OF THE JUVENILE DIVISION
Effective: June 10, 2020
Pursuant to Rule 26 of the Rules of Superintendence for Ohio Courts, Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, hereby provides notice to all parties who have submitted any exhibits, depositions or transcripts, including financial affidavits in court hearings conducted on or before December 31, 2010, will be destroyed on or after December 31, 2020. Additionally, all transcribed and untranscribed court reporter notes and copies of transcripts taken prior to December 31, 2010 will also be destroyed.
Parties who wish to retrieve any of their exhibits, depositions, transcripts, and/or wishing to order a transcript from a hearing conducted prior to December 31, 2010, must contact Marcie Garlick at email@example.com or 419-213-6849 no later than December 31, 2020.
