Spend Authorized Supplier Registration is only available to new suppliers who are ready for ordering and invoicing. 

Please follow the instructions and information below to establish a user name and password.

Supplier Portal:

• For Suppliers doing business with Lucas County, Ohio for the first time:
• The following documents are required to consider the supplier registration process complete:
  • Current W-9
  • Master Supplier Form
  • OPERS Independent Contractor/Worker (where applicable)
  • Voided check or letter from your bank indicating:
    • Name on Account
    • Account number
    • Routing number
• Instructional Video:
  • Register Supplier (Spend Authorized) using the Supplier Portal simulation (MP4)
• Written instructions for supplier registration to assist with the steps to register a spend authorized supplier using the Supplier Registration URL:
