1. May I have my prescription filled at the Health Department?

To have a prescription filled at our pharmacy, you must be a patient at one of the following facilities:

Lucas County Health Department
635 N. Erie St.
Toledo, OH 43604

Western Lucas County Clinic
330 Oak Terrace Blvd.
Holland, OH 43528

2. What do you charge for prescriptions?

The cost to our patients is $5 if the normal retail cost of the drug is less than $50 or $10 if the normal retail cost of the drug is more than $50.

3. What insurance plans do you accept?

Medicaid, Paramount, and Buckeye.

Check with the pharmacy to determine if your Medicare plan is accepted at the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department.
